Nicole is a leader in ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½â€™s Justice, Homeland Security, and Transportation (JHT) business with two primary focus areas. She brings more than 18 years of professional experience to her role in leading a cross-disciplinary team delivering acquisition, analytics, cyber, digital, and engineering services to the U. S. Coast Guard. She also leads ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½â€™s JHT mission readiness business, where she helps clients improve strategic, operational, and tactical decision making.
For nearly 14 years, Nicole has been driving solutions for ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½â€™s government clients in the areas of program management, analytics, information technology (IT) systems, transformation, and strategy development. Her teams led the development of the Department of Homeland Security Joint Requirements Integration and Management System and several research and analysis studies for the Coast Guard’s Research and Development Center, as well as the Coast Guard’s Capability Directorate.
Prior to joining ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½, Nicole worked for an IT consulting firm in Virginia, where she defined systems requirements and built custom-tailored solutions. Shortly after joining ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½ in 2007, her team was awarded a National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation for providing exceptional mission and capability analysis to help transform the National Open Source Enterprise for the intelligence community. Nicole holds a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in management information systems from Boston University.Â
