Leslie DiFonzo has more than 25 years of experience in technology services and business strategy. She is a leader in ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½â€™s Joint Combatant Command (JCC) business, helping clients use innovative solutions to transform their environments to meet mission objectives. Leslie’s clients include the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, U.S. Special Operations Command, Defense Finance and Accounting Services, Office of the Under Secretary Defense Comptroller, and the four branches of the Department of Defense for infrastructure services.
Throughout her career, Leslie has worked across civilian, defense, and commercial organizations. Technology transformation areas of focus include migration to the cloud, big data technology and advanced analytics, mobility, secure networking, improved automation, and digital agile approaches. She is a recognized industry expert in developing and managing large-scale performance-based programs.
In her time at ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½, Leslie has also served in many internal roles. She was the JCC talent management committee leader and the risk officer for several high-profile programs. She has developed risk mitigation strategies and policies and has led teams of technology experts in promoting software development best practices, promulgating standards and processes, and engaging in large, complex proposals.
Leslie has M.S. and B.S. degrees in computer sciences from the University of Maryland. She holds certifications as a chief information security officer executive (Carnegie Melon) and project management professional.
