Deputy General Counsel Erin Sheppard leads ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½â€™s government contracts and innovation legal teams. She helps the firm’s business leaders across the defense, intelligence, and civil sectors navigate the full lifecycle of government contract performance and respond to the evolving legislative and regulatory landscape.
Before joining ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½, Erin worked in private practice for nearly 10 years. Most recently, she was a partner at Dentons U.S. LLP, advising clients on contractual disputes, litigation, internal and government investigations, and government contract compliance issues. The National Law Journal named Erin a cybersecurity trailblazer in October 2016.
Erin earned a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a master’s in public policy from Duke University’s Terry Sanford School of Public Policy. She also has a B.A. in English and political science from Kenyon College.
