Erica Banks is a leader in ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½'s civilian services business. She supports the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) groups. She and her team provide risk-based cybersecurity solutions that protect federal civilian networks across thirteen departments and agencies representing more than 70% of the civilian networks—helping detect, prioritize, and mitigate cyber threats that impact national security.
Since joining ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½ in 2003, Erica has held varied leadership positions working with federal and commercial clients to solve vital infrastructure challenges. Applying her technical expertise, she has led multidisciplinary teams to develop mission-critical models within telecommunications, electric power, and public utility networks that have successfully identified vulnerabilities and bolstered the nation’s infrastructure survivability and resiliency.
Erica has been recognized as a Woman Leader in Technology by Consulting Magazine for her excellence in client service. She holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from University of Maryland.
