Eric Billies is a leader in ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½â€™s global defense business. He has built and led several integrated delivery teams, supporting our Navy, Joint, and other public sector clients in both San Diego and the Pacific Northwest. Eric’s breadth of technical and policy experience ranges from leading complex, multifunctional programs to helping clients accelerate, integrate, and deploy new technologies in areas such as autonomy, virtual and augmented reality, network engineering, and cybersecurity.
With nearly 35 years of combined success in both military and business, Eric excels in high-trust, high-visibility positions, including serving as a program manager for a suite of multibillion-dollar development projects for the Department of Defense. Most recently, he led ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½â€™s capture of a multibillion single award task order providing scalable, comprehensive emerging technology solutions to the U.S. Government and its mission partners. A retired Navy surface warfare officer, Eric served in both high-tempo military operations at sea and senior policy positions with the Secretary of the Navy and NATO.
Eric is a member of the National Defense Industry Association, U.S. Navy Institute, Project Management Institute, and Puget Sound chapter of the U.S. Navy League.
He has a B.A. in political science from Marquette University, an M.S. in strategic intelligence from the Defense Intelligence Agency, and a certification in business strategy from the University of Chicago.Â
