The nation's adversaries are gaining new technologies that are challenging warfighters鈥� ability to dominate in the invisible frontier. New capabilities such as spoofing sensors, offensive artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, and disrupting geolocation-enabled devices are being used to launch complex attacks. To stay ahead of these growing capabilities, the right information must be presented in the right way, in the right place, in real or near-real time. A modern, integrated approach to intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) will be vital in delivering the speed and scale needed to win the next conflict.
