McLean, VA聽鈥撀犖抻谴 Hamilton聽(NYSE: BAH)聽announced today that the firm聽was聽selected聽by the聽Army Futures Command鈥檚 Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center聽to serve聽as the primary developer聽of聽its聽聽solution. Rainmaker is a聽common data fabric that will聽enable聽currently聽incompatible systems across joint mission spaces to seamlessly share, secure and synchronize data required to coordinate complex combat operations.聽The solution聽is聽a foundational layer聽for聽the Department of Defense鈥檚 Joint All Domain Command & Control (JADC2) concept聽that will聽enable data sharing across聽all U.S. military domains including聽land, sea, air,聽space聽and cyberspace.

As the prime contractor for this award,聽无忧传媒 will聽apply聽its diverse expertise聽in software development,聽data engineering,聽DevSecOps, Artificial Intelligence聽(AI), and cloud聽computing聽to create a data fabric聽based on an聽open systems聽architecture and聽common standards聽so that data is easily聽discoverable, accessible, synchronized and secured聽across聽the Department of Defense. The firm will聽provide a range of聽state-of-the-art聽data services including a distributed cloud architecture; a聽unified and harmonized聽cross-functional聽data聽store聽that includes structured, unstructured, semi-structured, and binary data;聽an聽advanced analytics framework聽that supports capabilities including machine learning; and APIs that use open standards to enable existing and new programs to ingest聽both聽batch and streaming, high-velocity data.聽
