Frank Wakeham leads ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½â€™s Navy and Marine Corps (NMC) headquarters business segment. In this role, his team provides a wide range of domain and functional support to the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, the Secretary of the Navy, Naval Education and Training Command, and the Bureau of Naval Personnel/Navy Personnel Command.
Frank is also a leader in the firm’s Mission Readiness Center of Excellence (RCOE), which brings together operational, analytical, and technological experts to develop intellectual capital, best practices, market understanding, and advanced analytical and technical capabilities. Frank specifically helps mission readiness clients with readiness and cost-of-readiness measurement, analysis, reporting, and decision-making challenges through a collaborative approach to problem solving. Additionally, he leads strategic investment initiatives to advance ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½â€™s capabilities and develop next-generation training and immersive (augmented and virtual reality) solutions to increase mission readiness in the areas of training, planning/rehearsal, maintenance, and operations.
As a senior leader in ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½â€™s Norfolk, Virginia, office, Frank serves as the executive leadership team liaison and sponsor for the Norfolk Workforce Leadership Council. Frank is also the vice chairman of the board of directors for Volunteer Hampton Roads and an active participant in community events, including Special Olympics fundraising and athletic events.Â
Frank previously led ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½â€™s NMC fleet business segment, providing support to a variety of Navy operational clients including the commanders of the U.S. Pacific Fleet, the U.S. Fleet Forces Command, the Navy Warfare Development Command, and the Navy Reserve Force.
Frank joined ÎÞÓÇ´«Ã½ in 2003 with 10 years of active duty in the Navy as a nuclear-trained surface warfare officer. He also has more than 2 years of market development and systems engineering experience in the telecommunications and shipbuilding industries.
Frank holds a B.S. in economics from the United States Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
